Strengthening Our Business and Team Operational excellence is at the heart of what we do. In 2024, we successfully passed ISO 9001 , 14001 , and 45001 NQA surveillance audits at our Oxford and Lichfield sites, with minimal non-conformities. This reinforces our dedication to quality, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety. Investing in our people has been a key focus this year. We have expanded our senior management team , bringing in Solutions Design Managers , promoting key personnel, and fostering a culture of respect and collaboration . Our commitment to continuous learning is reflected in the TISAX certification achieved at Oxford and Darlaston, as well as staff qualifications in Health & Safety and Data Protection . To enhance workplace safety, we introduced a monthly toolbox talk programme at our Oxford site and launched a centralised near- miss logging system to proactively identify and address potential hazards. Additionally, our Compliance Manager, Sean , achieved a Level 3 SHE Technician qualification , strengthening our in-house expertise in safety, health, and environment. Engaging with Our Communities Beyond business, we believe in contributing to the communities we operate in. This year, we proudly sponsored and participated in local business events and awards , recognising excellence and fostering strong connections within our industry and beyond. Our team’s dedication, innovation, and shared vision for a sustainable future have made 2024 an incredible year of progress.
