Rudolph & Hellmann 2024 Sustainability Report

Carbon Results Measuring Our Impact At Rudolph and Hellmann, our commitment to sustainability goes beyond simply measuring our carbon footprint. We strive for transparency and accuracy in our reporting, which is why we’ve adopted ISO 14064-1:2019, the international standard for GHG quantification and reporting. 2,276.76 632.53 541.07 595.90 2023 2022 2,462.31 747.32 n Scope 1 n Scope 2 n Scope 3 Annual Emissions by Scope – tCO 2 e Building a Robust System Working with our partners at Carbonology®, we’ve developed a robust management system for GHG reporting. This allows us to take a consistent, accurate, and transparent approach to calculating our emissions. We include 2022 results for reference, with 2023 serving as our baseline year due to the comprehensive data collection we achieved during that period. Our Journey to Net Zero While we’re still in the early stages of this journey, and some estimations were necessary, we’ve established a solid foundation that will guide us towards Net Zero. Our next step is independent verification of our results by an external third party, ensuring the highest level of scrutiny and credibility. Scope of Our Reporting Our reported results encompass emissions from operations at our Lichfield HQ, as well as from our staff at BMW Mini Oxford and ZF Lemforder Darlaston. We recognise that Scope 3 emissions, those indirect emissions from sources we don’t own or directly control, are particularly challenging. Due to limited control over our clients’ sites, we’ve used a series of estimates to gauge the carbon impact of our presence there. However, we are committed to improving the accuracy of our Scope 3 reporting and are actively working to refine our data collection methods. 18
